Welcome to my reproductive reflexology website

As a mother, I am aware of the joy and delights children can bring. As a reflexologist, I am also aware of the sadness and despair experienced by many women when conceiving becomes difficult.

My name is Jane Holt and I have been practising reflexology for 19 years. Formerly I was a trained nurse/sister at the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh. Over the years I have found reflexology to be the most, simple, safe, effective treatment for many conditions. In fact the results can be spectacular!

Fertility conditions can respond equally well and the results are included within this website.

As the successes began to accumulate I approached Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, Devon and subsequently a Randomised Controlled Research Trial was set up to test the effectiveness in ovulation induction using reflexology on women who suffered Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

The results are in the process of being analysed which will then be published in a peer reviewed medical journal.

As well as running a successful reflexology practise, I have been teaching Association of Reflexologists Accredited Reflexology Diploma courses for the last 12 years.

This website has been created to encourage couples to explore the potential positive  benefits which my treatment can offer, in the hope it may contribute on their journey to become parents.
