Welcome to my Reproductive Reflexology Website….

My name is Jane Holt and I have been practising reflexology for 30 years. Formally I was a nurse in the Royal Infirmary Edinburgh. I also ran Reflexology Diploma Training Courses Accredited with the Association Of Reflexologists for 17 years.

My Story

Reflexology is an “energy medicine” working in a similar way to acupuncture. I have found reflexology to be very effective in treating many conditions. In fact the results can be spectacular!!

Subfertility conditions can respond equally well and some of the results are included in the success stories within the website,.

Over the years I have found reflexology beneficial in treating many women`s complaints including PMS,Heavy and Irregular Periods,Annovulation, Recurrent Miscarrige, PCOS,Unexplained Infertility. Endometrioses and Hostile Cervical Mucous.

Generally women benefit from feeling less depressed, more relaxed positive, sleep better, improved sex drive, more regular cycles, better flow, less pain, and its also worth noting that women who have been on the contraceptive pill and implants for a while, and struggle to regain their periods and cycles , that reflexology can be remarkable in “kick starting “their periods/cycles, sometimes even getting a period the next day following treatment.
